JConvert

JConvert is an ActiveX DLL which can be incorporated into your development projects, and can be used by any language that supports the COM object model.

It allows you to convert files between the following formats: Microsoft Word, plain text, rich text and HTML. The registered may be distributed royalty-free with your finished project. It's easy to implement, requiring only a couple of lines of code. Full documentation is supplied.
